Martin Cordax, Albarino (2020) Spain
Color : Straw yellow with green hues, clear and bright. Aroma : High-intensity aroma, ripe fruit, pineapple, apple, mango and citrus fruits. Very candid and aromatic. Palate : The attack is smooth and tasty. The mid-palate is long with a great balance between flavors and well-integrated acidity. This wine is fresh and fruity with good structure, very round and offering a long aftertaste.

This Carmenere is produced from 100% organic grapes from the Colchagua region. Aged for 8 months in neutral oak. An elegant fusion of plum, blackberry and rosemary notes with hints of pepper which are finely woven into a lingering finish. Perfect with rice dishes, white meat and spicy food.

This extra fine sherry comes exclusively from select vineyards in the 'Zona de Jerez Superior' the world's finest area for the production of sherry. It is medium dry with a delicate color and aroma reminiscent of hazelnuts.
Alta Vista Estate, Cabernet Sauvignon
Great wines are made from the grapes of unique places. Alta Vista's 516 acres of estate vineyards are among the best terroirs of Mendoza, at 3,200 feet elevation and higher. Work performed on every vineyard is tailored to each grape variety via specific treatments called Terroir Management. Estate Cabernet Sauvignon completes a short maceration to enhance the wine's optimal color and aromas while avoiding the extraction of harsh tannins. Part of the wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, before an additional 3 months aging in bottle.

By passing down knowledge and expertise over hundreds of years, Mount Gay has perfected the art of rum making. Mount Gay XO is a small-batch blend of carefully selected mature rums distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills. This round and complex rum is matured between 5 to 17 years in American whiskey, bourbon and cognac casks. XO has been called the rum by which all other rums are measured.

Zacapa 23, Centenario (Guatemala)
Nose: Soft, sweet start with aromas of caramel, vanilla, cacao and butterscotch. Continued by sherried notes of caramelized roated brazil nuts and toasted hazelnut, rounded out by toffee, banana and dried pineapple. Taste: Complex, generous and full-bodied. Starting with a depth of dried fruit and apricot, building to savory oak, nutmeg, leather and tobacco with notes of coffee and vanilla, balanced with a spicy touch of cinnamon and ginger. Finish: Intricate with honeyed butterscotch, spiced oak and dried fruit.
Ron Zacapa Xo (Guatemala)

Brugal 1888 (Dominican Republic)
1888 is a truly extraordinary rum, aged for up to 14 years in the Dominican Republic and combining the rich flavors of bourbon and sherry casks through a double-aging process. A complex yet balanced spirit that stimulates the senses and evolves in the glass. Enjoy 1888, sip by sip. Smooth and full bodied with flavors of toffee, caramel, wood and licorice. Color: The light enhances its dark amber hues and bright, clean color. Nose: Fascinatingly complex, with spiced nuances, hints of chocolate, of roasted coffee, cinnamon and other dried fruits. Palate: On the palate, pleasant, smooth and full-bodied. Its finish has nuances of toffee caramel, wood and liquorice.
Opthimus, 25 Year Old Solera Rum (Dominican Republic)
This contemporary rum, distinctive and vigorous, with a stunning mahogany color, and a termination in Port casks, can only be described as exquisite, in palate and aftertaste, reminiscing pepper. Memorable and delicious rum due to its smooth flavors. Round, rich dark fruit notes, with highlights of ripe banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and high-cocoa-content chocolate.
Zaya, 12 Year Old Gran Reserva Rum (Trinidad)
Zaya Gran Reserva 12 Year Old Rum is a blend of select Trinidadian rums, each of of which is crafted using virgin sugar cane harvested from the islands. Once the cane is pressed, the remaining juice is fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast before being distilled through a copper still. Following distillation, the rum is matured in medium-charred, white oak casks for a minimum of twelve years. Zaya Gran Reserva Rum has an aroma of smoked bananas, vanilla and baking spices. The aroma gives way to hints of mocha, dried fruits, nutmeg and maple syrup, which are well-balanced by notes of cinnamon, butterscotch and smoke. The finish is long and deep, and ends with a touch of caramel. Nose : Rich and sweet caramel, vanilla, cocoa, banana. Palate : Vanilla, caramel cocoa, apples, bananas, cherry. Finish : Heavy, velvety, smooth.
Santa Teresa, 1796 Ron Antiguo de Solera Rum (Venezuela)
Nose: Caramel sweetness, toffee brittle, pepper. Cooked apple, foam banana sweets. Palate: Vanilla and rich notes of butterscotch, molasses and chocolate. More of those banana sweet notes. Hints of Calvados, surprisingly... Finish: Long, fruity finish with caramel and nuts.
Mount Gay, Black Barrel (Barbados)
Master Blender Trudiann Branker is bringing her unique vision of delivering the rich and flavorful rums to Mount Gay as our first female Master Blender. Our robust new rum, Mount Gay Black Barrel is crafted from a blend of intense and aromatic rums, distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills. The rum is matured between 3 to 7 years in American Whiskey casks and then, finished for 6 months in deeply charred bourbon casks. This is a balanced sophisticated spirit.
Leblon Cachaça (Brazil)
A lively, fruity nose with complex layers of fresh cut sugar cane, spices, and fruits. The spirit warms in the mouth and leaves a gentle sweetness in the middle of the tongue that flowers as it lasts. With an ultra-smooth finish and light to medium body,Leblon mixes well with almost any fruit and couples nicely with a variety of ingredients, including herbs, spices and liqueurs.
Zacapa, Edición Negra (Guatemala)
Nose: Caramelized fruits, plums and raisins with smooth smoky notes. Taste: Woody, spicy and smoky notes combined with the balance of chocolate and dried fruit. Finish: Bold, with smooth and persistent finish.
Myers's, Original Dark Rum (Jamaica)
Aromas: Notes of blackstrap molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut, and toffee with a subtle layer of ripe pineapple. Taste: Buttery upon entry and followed by sweet sugar cane, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisin and fig. The finish has a decadent dark chocolate character with brown sugar and smokiness with underlying oak notes.
Flor de Caña, 7 Years Old Gran Reserva (Nicaragua)
This mahogany hued, extra-smooth and full-bodied rum is best served on-the-rocks, with a splash of cola, soda or water. The Gran Reserva also makes a truly "Grand" Mojito. It comes highly recommended by F. Paul Pacult, of Kindred Spirits. A round entry leads to medium-bodied palate of dark caramel and toasted nuts. Finishes with a dry toasted coconut fade. Mahogany.
Zafra, 21 Year Old Master Reserve Rum (Panama)
21 years in casks that formerly held bourbon. Blended by a former maestro ronero for Havana Club, Zafra is a pleasingly rich but interestingly dry rum with a perfectly silky mouthfeel and superb balance.
Don Q, 12 Year Old Gran Añejo (Puerto Rico)
A sweet almost perfumed like aroma is followed by some oak, a little spice and a lovely waft of light vanilla. A little leather, tobacco and even some dark chocolate. Each nosing reveals more – the sweet alcohol heavy initial notes subside giving way to a much more balanced nose.
Bacardí, Gran Reserva Limitada Rum (Puerto Rico)
Rich and complex. Smooth notes of butterscotch and dried fruit melt away to a long, dry finish. NOSE: Almond and vanilla PALATE: Dried raisins and chocolate FINISH: Soft oak and raisin
Barcelo Imperial (Dominican Republic)
Bright coppery amber color. Aromas of cream butter, dried cherries, intensive vanilla, pineapple jam and caramelized walnuts followed by a soft entry into a dry but fruity, medium and lush body with great depth and balance. It ends with a carrot cake ice cream taste, cola nut, mocha and a robust roasted flavor that slowly dissipates.
Brugal Añejo (Dominican Republic)
Brugal Añejo is a cask-aged premium dark rum with a dry house style. Cleaner, less sweet, and aged for 2-5 years in the finest hand-picked American oak casks that previously held bourbon. Brugal Añejo is smooth and full of character with hints of caramel and wood. A rum which has been perfected by the Brugal family for over 130 years. Dry and buttery with a slight hint of caramel and wood. Color: Amber, bright and clean. Nose: Light aroma of wood with hints of chocolate. Palate: Dry in an overall sense. Buttery in the mouth with a slight hint of caramel and wood tannin. Aftertaste: Long, dry and pleasant.
Pusser's, British Navy Rum (Trinidad)
PUSSER'S full, rich flavor is all natural, no flavoring agents are added. It is the only rum whose flavor is sufficiently distinctive to be savored through the ingredients of just about any cocktail. Color : Clear, dark amber. Nose : Classic Demerara sugar, molasses, dried fruits, island spices, and caramel. Body : Full, round and perfect for cocktails. Finish : Long finish with a mild spicy burn.
Diplomatico, Reserva Exclusiva Rum (Venezuela)
An exquisite sipping rum that is made almost entirely from sugar cane honey. This fine rum is blended from 80% pot still rum and 20% light rums aged for up to 12 years. The end result is a truly exceptional rum showing characteristic fruity and sweet flavours to a level of concentration that is even higher than its family members. Colour : Amber.
