Shrimp in Creole Sauce, Coconut Creole Sauce or Garlic Butter

Wow! Amazing! Just as good as the mofongo in old San Juan! While the streets in Cambridge may not be cobblestone, La Fabrica is the closest thing I've found to a lively night out in Puerto Rico. There is nothing I appreciate more than authenticity and a good time.

Pollo Caribeño

Went to La Fabrica on a Saturday night for dinner and 5 friends. The atmosphere was amazing. Drinks on point! Did i mentioned we all received a free sample of Sangria and by sample i mean a whole glass! I had the Pollo Caribeno the chicken was juicy and flavorful and the plantains didn't disappoint. After having dinner we stood for the nightclub scene and we did not regret it. Will come again Keep rocking :)

Chuleta Kan Kan

Been coming to La Fabrica for some years now and as a Latin American I can say for sure that this has the TOTAL PACKAGE when it comes to the Latin experience! Food is amazing! I cook at home and am very particular with my Latin food, especially chuletas! But coming to La Fabrica it was exceptional how their food is prepared! Like I was transported to a Latin paradise resort! Then me and my friends stayed for some dancing at the lounge. Live band playing while everyone is enjoying some drinks and dancing reminded me of back home in Puerto Rico. Those late nights in the neighborhood with family and friends just enjoying the night. Bartenders were so nice and always smiling. Love this place so much! Have to go at least once or twice a month!

Chuleta Kan Kan

As a Puerto Rican, I grew up with this dish (and others), which it is one of my favorite ones. Being in the restaurant it feels like getting a piece of Puerto Rico. Chef Giovanna is also very welcoming and kind, something you can even feel in the food. Not just the food but the whole restaurant environment does give the Carribean vibe. Everyone can speak Spanish, you can hear Salsa at night. It almost feels like home. The restaurant is true embodiment of the Puerto Rican culture.

Chicharrón de Cerdo

On November 9th I went to my favorite place "La Fabrica" to celebrate my birthday with 10 friends. We all had a fantastic time. The food was delicious. I got lots of compliments on the chicharron plater, the chicken and Gouda fondue, the picadera platter, the fisherman rice, etc. We all love it and the environment was great. I will definitely go back to celebrate my anniversary now.

Chicharrón De Cerdo with Escabeche Onions

I'm on a Keto diet. So I was thrilled to see the chicharron on the menu. And, man, was it great. I could eat that every day! And the bartender was also wonderful. She knew all about kept and made me a delicious drink with gin, soda water, and lime. I'm definitely going to be a return customer.

Chicharrón de Cerdo

La Fabrica is an authentic Caribbean Cuban, Dominican, and Puerto Rican inspired restaurant in the heart of Cambridge. La Fabrica presents Cambridge with live latin jazz, dance classes and a full event room complete with Boston Top DJs and a bar with unique spirits. The owner, maitre d' and wait staff and delivered an incredibly unforgettable experience. The food is absolutely amazing. I've had the ceviche and chicharron de cerdo to begin, skirt steak and whole snapper w/ creole sauce as main dishes and sweet plantains that remind me of home! The drinks are Caribbean inspired with just the proper amount of spirit in them. The staff helped make my choices, which is always something I appreciate when exploring new locations. Do not be fooled by the folks who complain about the cover for the ONLY Caribbean nightlife in Cambridge, but do take very seriously their recommendations for food and drinks. People love to complain to complain. I can't wait to try BRUNCH!

Chicharrón de Cerdo

The chicharron was impeccable! I'm Puerto Rican and family favorite is chicharron, and this place really brought me back to my mother's kitchen. I highly recommend coming here for some authentic Hispanic-Caribbean food!
